APPOINTMENT & PROMOTION
The appointment into the Federal Civil Service is made under the authority of the Federal Civil Service Commission.
⦁ For those of Grade level 01 to 06 – the Junior Staff Committee of the relevant Ministry shall make the appointment. To be represented in that sitting are the FCSC and OHCSF, and final approval comes from the Permanent Secretary of the particular Ministry.
