Humans are naturally visual, you would like to see your accomplishments and the best way to do this is to track your exercise. Use a free online tool called Daily Burn. It allows you to track each specific exercise you’ve done, plus it gives you an idea of the calories you’ve burnt.
Keep your brain engaged
It’s advisable to always have an MP3 player or any other media device while working out. Whether it’s music or books, keep your brain engaged. And remember – if you’re out hiking or walking and you’re listening to an MP3 player, make sure you stay alert and aware of your surroundings at all times.
Reward yourself
Set exercise goals for yourself and then reward yourself when you meet them. Whatever it is that keeps you motivated, setting goals and having something to look forward to can help keep the motivation up.
